Try to reschedule and reach an agreement, they tried contacting you for days.

acording with this rule:
5.H.1 Server Failure
If a match is interrupted by server restart, server failure or shutdown, or a similar occurrence affecting all players, only the current round shall be replayed. The score of already played rounds, if any, will remain unaffected.

we claim play the second map other time, because we alwais have connection interrumptet and we cant play, you can see it in demo.

There was not any server restart, failure or shutdown, or any of similar occurrece affecting all players.

MH|*[G]Lee had a bad ping for the last 2 rounds but his ping was regular for all the first map and most part of the second. He pinged around 100-130 as our player iK' IceCream did for all the two maps.
That was because of his connection failure and not something about the server because that affected him only. We also play other CWs with bad ping but that was not a reason for rematching and because MH| dont have server so we arranged playing all the maps on our server.

For me no way about rematching second map and there was not any broken rules.
