We are an Asian clan, so our time difference will be a bit difficult to work arround.
We have good availability on weekends, and very limited availability on weekdays.
Weekdays we might be able to get 5 between the hours of 12noon and 3 to 4pm GMT
Weekends we are free almost any time, favoring the afternoon/evening (6am - 5pm GMT)
We can also work on other times, but we will have to alter our personal schedules to do so, so it will require some time to work out.

Hey, I appreciate your efforts in scheduling this so far. We're also more available on weekends. Sundays are probably best for us, considering many of us will be out on Friday/Saturday. Is 5:00 PM the latest you guys can play? We'd prefer to play a bit later than that, maybe even just an hour later. But if that's not a possibility, I can see what we can do. As for server, we just got a new server in the UK. Would you guys be OK with using that server or do you have a server in a more neutral location?

hmmm... i can check on that, but thats 1-3am on a school night for our young guys (i'm a teacher by trade, and would never ask students to stay up that late )
5-6pm gmt on saturday might be much more amenable to them
though, i have heard some chat about public holidays, so I will get back to you on that.
we do have some players scattered across the globe at the moment, so let me know when u can play weekdays too (some of us in asia could wake up early while the NA/EU guys are getting home from school, etc)

and servers...
so, our 2 indian players will ping around 200 and 300 to UK, the rest of us around 400
we do have 1 player each in switz and USA, but they have very limited availability. We have a US server (LA), which might be more fair, but I think you guys will still have a significantly lower avg ping. how do you guys ping to nikkerz' league server in Chicago? I think most of us would be in the 230-300 range there.
try out the new -VRz-CaliBomB server (/connect vrz.mooo.com:1111)
myself and our Hong Kong players get just under 200 ping there. I imagine your EU guys will ping similarly and your americans will get very nice <100ms latency

Alright, we're definitely willing to try another server location. Chicago would definitely be best for us, but we're also open to test your LA server if that's more neutral. As for time, I can ask my members if 5-6 PM GMT on Saturday would work. Weekends are best for us too; we're also pretty scattered around. I'll get back to you ASAP.

All the times you wanna play are tricky for us. The later the time for us, the better. 3-4 PM on weekdays is impossible for us. As for Saturday, I'm still waiting for people to get back to me, but so far only like 2 people can make that. Would you be able to play any other times? maybe even 5 or 6 PM on Sunday instead of Saturday would be better.

i'm trying to see if we can get an early morning crew for the weekdays. Not looking good though, maybe Sunday will be the only option. We can probably handle that. We have 1 in the states who can do it, 2 in india probably can, myself, and the trouble will be finding a 5th who can stay up passed 2am on a school night. I think one of our older students might be able to take that hit though
