After further investigation and TD's confirmation, 7s' map was indeed orbital in the semi finals, and it's a technical or organisational issue that causes the display of maps on the match page.

So 7s haven't picked prague yet in playoffs, and their request to change their map to prague is accepted since it was done >48 hours before the match time.
