I am sorry, but as far as I know, it's nothing related to server config etc.
It just happens sometimes (and we've experienced this couple times in past on various servers)

I did not answer to confirm match for last night because I did not have enough replies from my teammates.
I really wish you suggested possible days/times for third man Sunday night while we were all online, so I would quickly gather responses from my mates.

Biddle relayed me your messages from whatsapp/viber/whatever it was yesterday.
But I did not get enough confirmed (and on top of that, I was sleeping whole day and night)

Btw, please don't use the "you have 8 people on your roster" as argument.
Yadad played literally two matches in 1 year.
Magnezium didn't play matches within last year.
Am!sh was unable to play yesterday, Biddle is not available for today.
Grinday's laptop and internet are bad so he cannot play matches reliably.


To recap:
- You guys were not available to play on league default time. I agreed to start 3 hours earlier.
- You guys were not available to finish the match (3rd map), and unfortunately at that time did not tell me we could continue on Monday at 22h... That info came too late and I could not organize enough.

(On top of that, realistically orbital was in essence lost because we played 5 or 6 rounds 4v5 because of the bug disconnecting or crashing out players.)

If this match was decider in a way that would make it impossible for you guys to enter playoffs, I would put extra effort to play and let the better team go further. I believe you know that is the truth.

So, in my opinion, the most fair resolution is to default the win to us.
(very slim chance that we could play it tonight, right?)

You will have another match against someone else, in which you can secure your playoff spot.

If I am wrong, let me know and maybe we'll get this resolved in another way. If any way we can play, we are more than happy to allow a reschedule to you guys!

to recap:
we could not play 3rd map because you guys took 10days to ready and were disconnecting all match long, changing players, changing servers. 1hour for a map. It's ridiculous lol.
5 or 6 rounds? Better say it was the whole map 4v5, you were not even in the game lol, it was 3 rounds.

we took 1 hour to play Orbital because of b00bs, a lot of timeouts (really, A LOT), zero timeouts by -h5, players connecting/disconnecting in several rounds, you asked to play in another server worse for us (i had 25 ms more ping than on the first server, where arx got the only connection problem that we had, 1 min delay on us because the restart), duhfysa leave the server, then he came back, etc....and is our fault that we couldn't play the third map? Almost 2 hours to play 2 maps, with zero timeouts from our side, and is OUR fault?

1) The match started almost 30 min delayed because of you. And you hadn’t server problems or whatever at that time, you were just changing players and “thinking” your map.
Otherwise we would have complete the match (3 maps). Check server logs.
1h35 to play 2 fucking maps (40 min) is just insane.

2) You didn’t told us YOUR map before the match I asked maybe 20 times. Just got told your map once we started the first map (you can see that on orbitals demo).

3) The real delay wasn’t because of your “server problems” just because you didn’t /ready in time. Let’s doesn't count the extra delay of 7/8/9? timeouts because of “server problems”.

Off topic: I don’t care if you have players “who only played 2 times in the year” we all from h5 played 2 matches in a 1 year and a half. And? Lol
We don’t pick the best lineup to play just see who can play and accept it.

You agreed to play at 19h cet. This league doesn’t have any “forced time” as it’s an international winter cup... +23/00h your time would be 16/17h for us for example. So we always try to do an effort and fit.
And to be honest you can’t bitch that 19h on Sunday is a bad time. You had 8/9 players joining the server!

After all these problems from your side we are being cool and asking you when you want to play the 3rd map.
Or the admins will take a resolution to this based on 1) the delay to start the match before your server problems happened 2) telling map after match started.

If you decide to forfeit -h5 you can just remove us from the competition.

We took a timeout for you aswell, if you were not there why do you act like you were? Just check the screenshot and look at who did the timeout.

You did almost 10 timeouts, you should have to play with 4 players after 3 and we didnt complain at all.
