Winter Cup 2011 summary

The winter break and the winter cup are over. Just like last summer- and winter cup, the b00bs clan is the winner again. It is getting a bit boring, hopefully next summer cup they will have more opposition. Their achievement is huge tho: they played 102 matches resulting in 434 points and we would like to like congratulate them on their win. The second place is going to [HiV|+| and third place goes to [vex.- Medals will be available later on this week.

Furthermore we would like to thank and congratulate all 93 teams that participated in the winter cup. Most matches were fair and we have seen a lot of good sportsmanship. Unfortunately, like always, we have also seen a few clans and people bending and breaking the rules. They already have been, or will be, punished for that.

Both TS and CTF Leagues are going to open their signup today or tomorrow! So go and grab your spot!

In other news, the signups for the upcoming CTF and TS league seasons are going to open this week (so stop pm'ing us) Very Happy

Also the Urban Zone Download Area has been updated with 14 new maps, which should bring us up-to-date with all the latest releases! SevenofNine and =low=Anderson are also adding screenshots to the jump maps that were uploaded. Eventually we not only want to have the most complete collection of Urban Terror maps but also have screenshots for all maps so have an idea what you're downloading.

Hello, we didn't get challenged by your team. We were here almost every night on IRC or just with "challenge" Button, i would have directly contacted you to get a match.

we would play any team at any time, without BRD we still would have won playing against other teams, they were happy to play us, we were happy to play them as it gave us the chance to practice multiple other maps and play all of our members :), helping us prepare for next UZ TS and CTF seasons, all we wanted was to play, after-all we heading into the higher div's this incoming season, so building skills on all maps seemed important, winter cup is just a bit of fun and alot of fun is what we had, GG's everyone, peace out

i might answer like this: i would accept it under the circumstance that we declined matches vs. him.
But looking at gink0's playerprofile it unveils that hes not even parcitipating on wintercup11/12.
