The Americans lost the 1st spot in their group by accident, we can say. They won every match but the one against Italy which could have easily been a draw with a bit more focus on Abbey. The other matches went smoothly on USA's side, exceptfor the one against Nordic team which ended with an incomplete victory for Camaroz' team who clearly won Abbey but drew Austria, gifting Zizou's crew with the 1st spot. However USA is still one of the favourites for the podium.

Yugoslavia had a tough time in his group against Poland and especially against Australia who took a forfeit win against them refusing a third reschedule. Crocop's team had a better luck against Chile and Slovakia and deserved the 3rd spot in Group B.

This match will probably be the least even of round 1. USA is definitely much stronger than the opponent and it would be a surprise if Yugoslavia could kick them off the NC at this stage. Crocop's hope is probably all on Uptown TS where they hope to win and to bring the match to a 3rd decider map where everything can happen, since it's going to be hard for Yugoslavia to overcome USA on Abbey CTF.
The winner of this team will face the real surprise of this NC, team Austria-Hungary.
