I'm pretty sure that is only in the NC configs and only in BOMB and TS mode.

Tac goggles were disabled to allow teams to strat using smokes in BOMB mode. The goggles made the smoke useless so they were removed in BOMB and should only be banned in BOMB imo. Them being removed in TS also was collateral damage I guess. Shouldn't be mucha of a problem to add them back in TS. I'll let you know.

Agree that in Bomb it could have been an issue for the smoke.

But in TS it isn't, ennemy team can't just take tac against smoke; because the smoke user will always have the advantage of not using them at the same position.
Hence, ennemy team won't be able to waste more than 1 slot for tacgogle making them useless
