Is there any open leagues, cups etc atm ?? LOL i dont really see where it says about open leagues....

Nope, there aren't, there are only leagues that have already started. Next competition will be the Urban Zone Summer Cup, when it starts? No idea as of yet 
You could join #urban-zone on quakenet (IRC) and contact one of the admins (@ in front of the name) MAYBE there is still an open spot for this current competition. No guarantees, it will mean that you have to play a lot of wars in a short amount of time.

There's one >>> UCL. Quite fine, especially for lower skilled players. Several competitions (sometimes unusual like "knife cup"). There's still time to enter some events (BM league, 1v1 ts, 1v1 knife).
