No, there's an error on your members PC's. Quite clearly the site works or how else would everyone else have registered?
There is nothing I can do at this end to get past your member's problems, no button I can press or code I can change to make it work for them, besides opening up the site to XSS attacks, which isn't going to happen.
So its fixed now
but this was a problem from urban-zone not or members that want to register here

Hi something strange here 2 new players of my clan can not register here.
When some enable his cookies urban-zone give this message ( <HTML><META HTTP-EQUIV="content-type" CONTENT="text/html;charset=utf-8">
You tried to access this page through a bad link...
When cookies ur off he can not register.
So whats wrong guys?

Cookies have to be enabled, no 2 ways about that. If you get the cookies error message go back to the previous page then CTRL-F5 (on windows) to reload the page. Then try again.

But when he want to register after finish of his profile, he click 'Submit. and then that error.

He's described the problem, and I know what it is and what causes it, but I don't know how to fix it for his members.
The site sets a session variable on every page hit and tests for the existence of that variable on the next page hit to ensure form POST data is coming from this site (as a security measure). There's no option to disable this behaviour and I wouldn't if I could.
The usual fixes are :-

Guess again, nothing's changed, in maintenance mode or otherwise, and I'm locking this topic or else we're gonna go round in circles.
The moral of the story is this site has shit hot security, and sometimes its protective systems catch the innocent as well as the would be attacker. As long as you have cookies enabled, clear your cache (restart your browser afterwards as well to start another session) and use a reasonably recent, proper, web browser, you should be OK.
