=(SiN)='s are looking for new members to play the next Urban Zone Ctf Season.

Requirements for joining the clan are the following:

* being at least 19+ years old because we don't want to deal with kids
* speaking basic english or italian because the other members of the team are italians
* reserve to us at least 1 or 2 free evenings a week to play official matches or training
* installing and using Mumble to meet and comunicate with the rest of the team
* not using any kind of cheats and respect decisions of the other members of the team
* knowing how to play CTF, cause we are a ctf team only, so you can play with other TS teams as far as you deserve us the time we need (consider most matches are forced on sunday and that might be a problem if you have to play with 2 teams at the same time)
* it's required a mid-high level of skill, some experience and will to improve -_-

How the recruit will be evaluated:

After a brief evaluation period, where other clan members will have had the opportunity to know the new player can decide whether or not to join the clan. The arrival of a new player must be favorably accepted by all = (SiN) = in case there were dissenting opinions about the entry of the new player, he will join only if the majority agrees.

Il clan =(SiN)= sta cercando nuovi membri per partecipare alle prossima stagione di Urban Zone Ctf.
I requisiti necessari per entrare a far parte del clan sono i seguenti:

* avere raggiunto e superato la maggiore età, non solo sulla carta d'identità ma anche mentalmente (non ci servono bimbiminkia)
* essere disposti a giocare partite amichevoli o di torneo riservandoci almeno 1 massimo 2 sere alla settimana (dalle ore 21 in poi circa)
* installare e saper utilizzare Mumble per comunicare con gli altri membri del team (obbligatoriamente durante le partite)
* non usare alcun tipo di cheats, e rispettare le decisioni degli altri membri del team
* saper giocare la modalità CTF di Urt, noi siamo un team di ctf, e saper giocare team survivor non è la stessa cosa
* è richiesto un livello di skill medio-alto, un pò di esperienza e volontà di crescere e migliorarsi -_-

Come si valuterà la recluta:

Dopo un breve periodo di valutazione, in cui gli altri membri del clan avranno avuto la possibilità di conoscere il nuovo giocatore si deciderà se potrà entrare o meno nel clan. L'ingresso di un nuovo giocatore deve essere favorevolmente accettato da tutti i =(SiN)= in caso ci fossero pareri contrari riguardo l'ingresso di un giocatore, egli entrerà se la maggioranza sarà favorevole ma gli sarà permesso solo l'utilizzo della tag, senza ottenere lo status di amministratore.
