Why my team [CHAOS] couldn't write new comment or reply old ones?
Isn't it double standard?

Pls ASAP remove it!!!
Otherwise I'll withdraw [CHAOS] from UZL and also never ever join ur competitions, if u continue racism to TURKS

the only reason why you cannot post comments is because you're doing something wrong, no one is doing anything to prevent you from commenting. and if you come around with a stupid accusation like this again, we will make things concerning leaving easier for you and suspend your account.

What do you mean by can't, do you not see the "Add Comment" button at the bottom of the page ?

OK, I can replicate this, it seems Opera isn't sending the content of the textarea (i.e. the comment you wrote) to the AJAX handler.

For now, use a different web browser, as I can't see any obvious reason why Opera isn't passing the comment to the server. I'll look into it.

I can't get the value of a textarea in Javascript in Opera, so for now I've just added a message that Opera isn't supported. None of the standard methods of getting textarea contents works, and jQuery's serialize method doesn't return it, so as far as I'm concerned Opera is broken.

I'm not sure how many people use Opera, but to be honest I'm not going to put too much effort into finding a solution for this.

I should probably qualify what I said previously, I didn't mean it to sound that harsh. By not putting more effort into finding a solution I mean "more than I've already done". I spent a good 3 or 4 hours yesterday and maybe a couple of hours this morning trying to resolve this.

The issue appears to be Opera not passing the content of a textarea form control from within a <div> that was previously hidden. I can find no solution to this anywhere on the 'net. If I come across one in future I will of course implement it, but for now it appears to be an Opera specific issue, and in general Opera's javascript engine appears to be a bit flaky.

Well that's gonna be my end on urban-zone posts then, I'm using Opera, auto-logged in and I forgot my password so I can't switch to any othere browser Smile
