Hi folks,

We're looking for some players from Europe and/or North America to play the upcoming season with us.

This is a team, not a clan, so you don't have to make any new accounts on forums or go through any application process.
We will sign up for all game modes, so we need players for CTF, TS, and Bomb.
We are the few serious players from Asia (who can play at NA/EU times) that want to develop our teamwork and individual skills through competition.
We are sick of losing and even more sick of immature idiots raging about it despite being unwilling to communicate during the match or put any effort into practicing before hand.
We are humble and eager to learn, so we would gladly accept the guidance and leadership of pro players that wish to join our friendly group of tryhards.
We also have a couple tricks up our sleeve and would like to share what we've learned. Any and all are welcome.

There are a few requirements...

1.) Must have TS3, a microphone, and the ability to speak (English will be the common language for us).
-I will choose to forfeit a match before I let our 5th play without a microphone. No exceptions!

2.) Must be willing to practice regularly, and willing to own a position in the hierarchy.
-No Mic, No Practice, No Sportsmanship; NO PLAY... Listen to the captain or GTFO! No exceptions!
-Trust the captain's ability to utilize your skills to the fullest extent in a given situation. This is a 5 person team, not a 1 man show.

3.) Must share at least one of the following windows of availability:
-UTC 13:00 to 19:00 (week days/ends)
-UTC 06:00 to 13:00 (weekends)
-UTC 04:00 to 08:00 (weekdays)
-UTC 19:00 to 21:00 (occasionally)

We are very serious about sportsmanship... If you have a bad attitude, then you will be kicked.

Once we have enough players to start structuring the team, we will vote on a captain, etc.

lol yeah, that may have come out the wrong way...

To clarify, I'm sick of adding a million people to our roster and finding any old Joe without a mic and bringing him in as our 5th. As long as you are known to talk, it's cool. Perhaps I should have said, "I would rather not have 5 to play than to have people on the roster who are known to not speak." But that's not nearly as punctuating as the former.

But, I stick by discipline. You can have a free spirit and express yourself through UrT all day, but in battle, you do what your CO tells you to do. And you certainly don't whine about the outcome if you don't. But, those are my grievances from the past 2 UZ seasons playing every match with 2-3 rands. I would have liked to have restricted it to the members of our clan that meet the criteria, but sadly they are too few. Also, we really want to play with members of other UrT communities so we can expand our knowledge and appreciation of the game.

In short, what we want is a team. That's it.
