We should have a seeded out of the hat playoff draw.

To do so, we have different options:

Situation 1.1
We do a complete random draw once by pulling out the teams of the hat (seeded of course).
We would have 1A, 1B, 1C and 1D pulled out for quater matches.
All the other teams will be pulled out for eight matches with a pot containing the second places and an other the third.
Any team can end up on any side of the tree.

Situation 1.2
We do a complete random draw a first time for eights' matches.
We wait for the eights to be played and only then pull out of the hat the 1sts of each groups for the quaters (that will face the winners of the eights).
Any team can end up on any side of the tree.

Situation 2
Keep the classic NC playoff tree.

Situation 1.1 - rewards teams for coming in 2nd instead of 3rd and you only have to do a random draw once

The proposition to make a "Champions league" out of the hat draw was made.
On our side (organization), we are fine to go that way, but the participants (national teams) get to choose the option they prefer.

Due to several countries and their captains voicing their opinion only AFTER playing all their group matches and choosing the play-off tree that fits them best, Team Poland would like to alter their first pick and suggest we use the original ClanBase play-off tree.

Don't worry, that's exactly why we won't aknowledge Germany's vote nor your vote change once the group results we're set.

So we will have SevenofNine pulling out of the hat the 2nd and 3rd places this weekend so each can know who their terrible opponents will be Smile
