What about weekly map pools for next season?

Well I think, all is in the title.

What about weekly map pools for next season?
I'm sure that a lot of players are bored to play always the same 4/5 maps since 1 or 2 years.

We should be able to chose between 3/4 maps each week. That could force team to play some different way and make competition more interesting.

I can understand that in playoff teams prefer playing their favourite map and sticking with the veto system, but during group stage that could be nice and maybe help teams to be ready for the playoff elimination!

Is a lot better. More different maps being played, this entire season we played only 3 maps Sad

If we play few maps it's because few maps are designed for matchmode.

Zmb would you mind to stop changing the subject of the discussion every time (that you are argumentless).
If it would work with map pools, then the map pools should be chosen by the players. Forcing players to play maps that they don't enjoy won't help.

NA leagues always had forced map every week and in playoffs. This is the way to go, especially for TS. Unfortunately most wave ctf maps are shit so might not work as well for that

And some teams may never have the choice to play the right maps to counter their opponents, worse : they could have to chose between their opponents homemap.

This system adds luck in the balance and that's not what I'd expect from a competition.

@CaMar0z : I admit that I don't how NA leagues died but they did and american players migrated to european leagues huh.

Being decent on a larger number of maps depend more on luck than hard trying one map to get to chance to win a team just on that map ? huh ?
The more maps and matches you play, the more relevent your results become.

Regarding the proposition we'll take it seriously in account based on the vote and comments.
