Let's stop offtopic on 'swiss system' and continue our discusion about maplist and elimination here. Except ts, we have also bm and ctf. Mapcycles of those modes are also retarded like in ts.

i think we should cut it to:

TS (9 maps): Casa, Tohunga, Orbital, Austria, Prague, Turnpike, Kingdom, Sanc, Uptown
CTF (7 or 9 maps): Abbey, Algiers, Beijing, Orbital, Paris, Turnpike and Tohunga_b8 +uptown(?) + village(?)
BM (9 maps): Abbey, Algiers, Casa, Dust, Kingdom, Mandolin, Orbital, Sanc, Uptown


And in all modes we should use elimination system from csgo.

Point is to have odd numbers of maps, because only that way we can do eliminations

Good Maplist for Ts, already elaborated why in previous topic.
For BM, the issue never was the Maplestead, because all the maps you wrote are decent. You could as well have 10 others and it would be fine as well. The issue with BM is that we use CS time value in a game 4 times faster. At the end the BM right now is just TS without the camp. It could be so much better with different values.

in bm i tried to delete maps which are clearly not played by any teams:
Beijing_b3, Bohemia, Cascade, Facade_b5, Tohunga_b10

+ i added casa (casa isnt in mapcycle now)

ctf especially needs some new maps considering there's really only 5 decent ones : turnpike, abbey, tohunga, algiers, paris... i know some people like beijing too but it's shit Surprised

Is there a working version of proving grounds in this version of urt? Never played it with wave ctf but could be interesting to try. Also - is village any good on wave?

Orbital CTF might not be played at all, but this is actually a very good CTF map with its own style like Abbey Algiers TP or even Uptown, imho
