Okay new rules for name changes, you contact an admin in IRC, preferably me, I'm online most evenings. You explain that you want a name change, the admin may or may not accept it. For changes that are tiny and just for show they will be disallowed by the admins discretion. Once your request has been approved, you post in here in the following format
"old name" to "new name"
"admin's name" that approved your request
