Downloading demoes

Hello everyone can someone please tell me how you watch the demoes cause I tried downloading your demoes and opened it but it said the movie isn't supported. I'm using mac the software I tried to open it was called quicktime player. please tell me.

Demos are demos, not movies. You watch them with Urban Terror. Download the demos to your UrT demo folder (no idea where that is on a Mac), after un-zipping if required, then start Urban Terror and choose the demo option from the main menu.
