Correct, usually we don't distinguish between the 2, CET is CET all year round, except in the summer it's +1 hour which technically speaking is CEST. Same as in the UK we use GMT regardless whereas in summer it's really BST (British Summer Time). So you're right, CET = UTC +1, CEST = UTC +2.

I'm sorry to bother you again but it seems you missed the last line of my second post.
I signed up for the Skeet S. tournament on Friday, Sepetember 17th but on the tourn. sheet I appear on Wednesday, September 15th. Can you guys fix that please?, I won't be able to show up on Wednesday.
Thanks again.

Hey guys, I have a little doubt regarding the timezone you're using to coordinate the SS torunament. On your main page you mention that all times are CET, but if I'm not mistaken you guys are currently on CEST, and it would suck to be an hour late for my round
So, which one is it?
Thanks.

I'm not sure what times you're refering to, however generally times are displayed on this website in YOUR timezone, whatever that may be.
If you're not logged in (and the site therefore doesn't know what timezone you're in cos it doesn't know who you are) times are shown in UTC (i.e. GMT with no daylight saving applied). At the moment CET = UTC + 2.
The exception to that is the forums, which default to CET already if you're not logged in.
So I'm not sure what you mean by "you guys are currently on CEST", what are you looking at to come to that conclusion?

What I meant by that is that Central Europe is currently on summer time is it not?, which is CEST (Central Europe Summer Time)
My concern is about the Skeet Shot tournament and the time I should log on to the server the day I'm suppose to. On the news post you say that all times refer to CET, do you refer to the CURRENT time in Central Europe or the usual CET (without daylight saving)?
You said that at the moment CET = UTC+2 but here it says that CET = UTC+1 and CEST = UTC+2 which suggests that the CET you refer to is actually CEST.
I'm on UTC-4:30. So, If I reserved Friday September 17h at 00:30 (which is saturday really) that would be 6pm on Friday for me, right?
I know this is a very silly doubt, but these daylight saving times always manage to confuse me.
By the way, on the board I appear on September 15th and I reserved on the 17th.

good question. sorry it was unclear. It's CEST, aka the time that is used in Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, France, Spain and loads of other countries.
