In regards to the server - we have one in USA (California). We ping around 200 to this. As long as you ping 200 or less it should be pretty neutral.

If the pings are fairly similar then I think we should just play both maps there. There isn't many other server locations for us Aussies which would be close to even in ping.

Also, what map will you be choosing? We will take orbital_sl.
