Hey, would you guys be able to play next Sunday at 21:00 CET?

EDIT: Since this has taken a little while to schedule, other teams have wanted to play at the time I have proposed. Would you be alright with playing next Saturday, 11th of May, at 21:00 CET? Or even any time between 21:00 CET and 23:00 CET should be OK with us.

Nobody contacted you? That's a laughable statement. Not only have I tried to contact you through the fixture (which by the way is your responsibility as a leader to check), but I also tried to contact someone from your clan on IRC. Every time I've gone to your IRC channel, I've only seen Parator online, and I've messaged him, but there wasn't any response...

But for the sake of sportsmanship, I'll see if we can play on Thursday. I can't make any promises, though.

I didn't say that you didn't try to arrange the match: I said that no one contacted me. This is not a problem: I'm not trying to accuse anybody! =) I was away for work and with no message in my box (mailbox, PM, etc) I forgot to check the arrangment here.
Even my mate Parator couldn't warn me about your presence on IRC.
If you can play on thursday, we will appreciate.
I'm not angry or upset: I know that the ones which are late are us.

Alright, we're going to try to play tomorrow, Thursday, at 22:30 CET. I can't guarantee that we'll have 5, but we'll try our best. What map will you guys play?
