KMA can play on Thus but we strongly prefer Wednesday or Sunday

sunday is not a preferable time for us since many of us have other committments and unfortunatley we have already booked Hz on Wednesday night

yep no problem, we wont be forcing the match time if thats what you're worried about - we're flexible so dw. whenever you can get your team on as long as its before 11pm should be fine

tentatively set it at 9pm? give the guys who have trouble making it home before 8:45 a little breathing room?
