Nations Cup XVII - New rule and yellow cards

During the match Nordic Team against Belgium, there was a hot potato bug while playing Capture the Flag, to avoid future problems or abuses, it's going to be completely forbidden make a tactical timeout while the hot potato timer is running, in case of you do so, the match is going to have an open conflict, depending on the situation it can end in a forfeit for that map, replay the map or just nothing.

Like every season looks like we are going to punish a lot of teams due not having the UrT auth entered in their players profile, the teams with a yellow card for the first match week are:

The flag difference was 6, so belgium would only get one cap from that. But if it's a rule it's a rule.

It depends on the situation, and we want to avoid abuses.

Btw, when that happened the score was 3-3 and Belgium was going to take the lead by 1, but that never happened due the bug.
