This coin decision looks totally like a broken logic. But maybe you have some reasons we are unaware of.

Belgium has agreed that the latest they can play is 22h CET, therefore I dont see why we would have to had the match played before 20h CET. This being said, hungary we are avi Saturday 3:30 pm so 21h30 your time i guess AND Sunday from 2:30pm our time so 20h30 CET. Please answer what you prefer pls..
